Move-In Day
Move-In Day is Sunday, August 18, 2013. There will be specific unloading areas around each Residential College and UCA Police directing traffic towards these areas. Your approah will depend on how you are entering campus. Here is a campus map for reference.
Unloading
Once you pull up to your Residential College’s unloading area, your vehicle will be swarmed by an army of people. Don’t be alarmed! They are volunteer students, faculty, and staff. They unload your vehicle and move all of your stuff up to your room. That way you can sign into your Residential College in the lobby, and then go park your vehicle. You never have to lift a finger.
Pro Tip: Move-In Day goes very quickly, so to ensure that all of your luggage makes it to your assigned room – Label It! Stick mailing labels on all your stuff that has your name and room number on it.
