\"\"Our UCA fraternity\/sorority members give back to the state of Arkansas in variety of manners, including the support of the Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH).\u00a0 ACH’s Committee for the Future recently hosted a six (6) night\u00a0Phone-A-Thon to help raise funds for the hospitals future expansions and treatments.\u00a0 These yearly Phone-A-Thons are what help\u00a0ACH\u00a0offer such high quality care to children and their families during their times of need.<\/p>\n

Part of the Phone-A-Thon includes friendly competitions amongst various community groups to see who can raise the most money.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Delta Tau\u00a0chapter of Sigma Kappa at UCA participated in the Phone-A-Thon and\u00a0was able to raise\u00a0$6,289 for ACH.\u00a0\u00a0By raising this much money, Sigma Kappa was ranked in the top three (3)\u00a0teams for raising the most money during the Phone-A-Thon.\u00a0 Below are the standings from the event:<\/p>\n

\"IMG_1751\"<\/a>In total, ACH was about to raise over $64,000 in just six (6) short nights.\u00a0 This is a huge accomplishment for the hospital and the women of Delta Tau!\u00a0 Congratulations to these women for raising so much money for a cause that truly impacts the residents of Arkansas!<\/p>\n
